Barley Mow has been tastefully decorated and renewed some of the furniture. It is alway nice and warm but I think it's a real pity they did away with the open fire.
Great to see the old place open again. I'd like to see some craft beers, but that's a tiny niggle. The refurb was much needed and it's now a pleasure to visit when I return back to where I'm from
Had a lovely meal today and food excellent. Waitresses very professional and attentive. Used to be a regular before it closed. Nice to see it open again. Changed a bit and still nice little pub. Bar area still there with seats, not like some of these places that seem only to want to serve you with food. Will be back, booked our festive meal today. Thank you. Ian & Donna.
Nice friendly staff. Hadn't booked .. not a problem. Prompt but not fussy service. Decent food good range of choices and proper fresh veg.
